Hi Carolyn, this is Denise from the Product Team.
First of all, thanks for the report and the feedback provided, this helps us to improve our platform!
We've just fixed the error you mentioned when submitting a video.
Regarding the slow loading of the page, the team's currently working on a fix.
Once it's live on our platform, I'd love to contact you directly (and all seed game players who'd like to get involved) and hear your feedback and comments in order to keep improving the seed game experience.
Carolyn, please give it another go, stay with us, our group is like a little TN family to me, and let's face it, in the last 4 years I've lost nearly all of mine.
I know this can be frustrating to deal with but I love seeing that you've been visiting and posting ...... when it all feels exasperating, comment here and we'll talk you down from the ledge 🤗🥰👀🤞🙏🐈⬛
I also confirm that the site is really too slow, a few months ago it wasn't like that at all but much faster.
Thanks Kerry. I did manage to load my latest video after I read Denise's message from the product team. (Thank you Denise for responding to my complaint) So I am trying again. But the slowness of the page loading and giving drops is terribly frustrating. I'm sure many people are leaving the site in exasperation.
On my phone, when I'm scrolling down on the seeds game to water, the page just randomly reloads and I have to start scrolling from the beginning all over again just to reach the seeds I haven't watered, which is frustrating. I find it is much simpler on my laptop.
@Denise, we've been hearing the same thing for months: ‘Our IT team is working day and night on this problem, please be patient, a fix is on its way...’. I've been on TN for several years and I've never had to deal with the problem of running out of water drops (there are no more sponsors, become a sponsor) and since the sale of TN it's been very regular. So, either there is no IT Team (I've worked in an IT Team and I know what happens when there's money at stake!) or the players are being taken for a ride. Don't forget, dear Denise, that players are also planters! Thank you for your attention.
Same thoughts crossed my mind Cedric with regards to running out of water drops until someone sponsors again.
The seed watering game has completely disappeared from the site for me no matter what browser I use on my desktop.
@Martin: It's paradoxical, but the ‘Ecosia’ browser is the best adapted to TN problems of all the browsers I've tested...
Thanks Cedric but I just tried Ecosia without any success.
@Martin, Denise from the Product Team.
We found an issue in the tablet mode of the site, our team is working on it.
In the meantime, you can access the seed game from your phone's navigation bar or from your computer (desktop mode) in full screen.
@Joana, @Martin

@Denise Thanks but I have been using my desktop computer daily to access the seed game until it suddenly disappeared recently. I have tried using several different browsers but without success.
@Martin, have you cleared cookies and internet cache?
@Nim McCoan, thank you, that worked, seed game is back now.
I have also had the same problems as my colleagues, slow page, then the seed watering page disappeared (I now have it marked as a favorite in my browser) and today when I wanted to add an image to my new tree, surprise! The required image format is 750 x 440 pixels. What about all the images I had saved that are no longer useful? On the other hand, I don't think the image looks good, compared to the previous ones. There is a lot to improve. You have to keep in mind that not all of us have a good internet connection.
