Gender balance Vs Restoration activities

Approaching a gender balance plan is a step that requires a collective community awareness and action oriented activities.

Our project ensures that women and youth are given equal chances and similar treatment when we distribute tasks among the nursery and tree planting team.

The gender gap is now narrowed to nearest feasible region that can be ommitted in few years to come and we're happy that our restoration activities includes provision of priority to women and Youth.
