erreur 404 - jeu des graines error 404- seed games

bonjour,

je me suis rendu compte, dans le jeu des graines, que certaines personnes plantaient des arbres mais sans avoir de compte....
et c'est la plupart du temps, des publicités...
bonne journée

Hello,

I noticed in the seed game that some people were planting trees without having an account... and most of the time it's just advertisements... Have a good day.

Hi Stéphanie,

Thanks for your post and for sharing this.

These are spam accounts, and the accounts have been deleted, which is why it seems they don´t have an account when you click on their name, it will bring you to a 404 (lost in the forest) page. Also, we are banning the seeds, however, every now and then, we can miss one. If you find one, feel free to share one via support@tree-nation.com 🙂🌱

Have a wonderful day.

@Pepijn Yet another round of massive spam ... did you check on automated publications?

@Guilhem, Thanks for flagging. Our team is working on a solution. In the meantime, we are banning the accounts.

@Guilhem, thanks for flagging this. I assume you refer to the notification feature on the left of one's profile image.

Is this still happening for you, and could you share a screenshot to support@tree-nation.com and inform us which device and browser you are using? Thanks for your help :).

@Pepijn the other left ... the little bell on the down right (android cell/firefox). Working today ... just a short "error 500" message, then the content loads ...
