Leonardo DiCaprio was in Hong Kong yesterday to flaunt his post Titanic hotness promote a new HSBC green credit card and talk about his documentary, The 11th Hour.The documentary is about how we are in the last possible moment when change is possible. If we wait any longer it will be too late to save our dying Earth. Most critics have deemed the movie boring and dry, but nonetheless, it's still an important message.And the HSBC company is a local bank in Hong Kong that recruited Leo to spearhead their efforts at raising awareness for their green credit card. The card is made of eco-friendly materials. The company only uses digital bills to cut down on paper waste. And a portion of every charge you make goes towards a local environmental protection project.We all know that green is the way of the future. And as our nation continues to plunge into the dark depths of recession, unfortunately, credit cards will probably continue to flourish. So why not use a green credit card? If you have to spend the green, you might as well be doing truly green spending.
