La forêt de Spanda Institute

Spanda Institute organises Yoga Teacher Training courses, workshops, Yoga retreats and classes worldwide. We are committed to sustainability and running our events with the least possible environmental impact. To ensure that the carbon footprint we create is compensated, we pledged to plant a number of trees for each student joining one of our in-person events.
