Jambo! Our project aims to restore the Mkussu Nature Forest Reserve, one of the nine forest reserves in Lushoto District, after it was damaged by fire. The project focuses on replanting indigenous tree species to rehabilitate the burnt areas, helping to revive this important ecosystem.

This is the status of dead trees that have been affected by deforestation which attacked the Mkussu Forest Reserve. More effort is required to bring back the lost part of this Forest for ensuring life of all animals and micro organism whom all depend on Forest to live.

This is an avocado /persie americana fruit tree specie thaf is being raised at our nursery in thousands in number. We are always busy while preparing trees to be planted in our community to restore the degraded local farms as part of an agroforestry practices.
