A Day of Growth and Connection

On Saturday, despite the continuously grey and chilly weather, we planted trees (oaks, crab apple, wild pear, birch and hawthorn) with a group of local and international volunteers at our Ciomad Mountain planting site. 

Planting together and learning from each other with individuals fueled by the enthusiasm of launching the lives of long-living creatures is always a rewarding experience—probably one of the most impactful ways to spend a day.
