Populations across bird species distribution ranges respond differently to habitat loss and fragmentation: implications for conservation strategies

Biodiversity conservation strategies are part of the mission of our project. The plantings of seedlings donated by Tree Nation are carefully planned by Sowing Water Project technicians, considering the existing forest remnants. Studies like this one, which was published last week and which has the coordinator of the Sowing Water Project as one of the authors, brings relevant aspects about the implications of habitat loss on the distribution of birds in the Atlantic Forest.
