As usual, in every planting Activity we have a protocol to follow.1. The first step after trees & people arrive, we people gathers in groups:2. We teach everything they need to know to prepare the planting site and perform a good planting for each tree:3.  When everything is clear and volunteers have basic knowledge +  techniques, we begin planting in groups:4. Naturally, small groups begin to form:5. Until volunteers feel confident enough to plant by themselves:6.
