An essential part of Semillistas is to share the knowledge generated, and thus mycorrhize with other initiatives in a feedback that helps us to improve.That is why you can find in the GitLab the instructions to set up a Seedlab (seed lab) like the one of Semillistas, this website with open source information is always under construction.We are always grateful for your opinions, suggestions for modifications, etc. If you are part of the maker community, we value your ideas!Continuing with the files shared in GitLab, we are going to tell you about their content if you want to set up your own seed lab:"We developed a proprietary Printed Circuit Board (PCB) that allows us to control various electronic devices from a single platform. It is completed with the insertion of a microcontroller called ESP32 (similar to an Arduino). The PCB enables different functions of more than one device required in our lab, which means that it is possible to use it to control devices by simply connecting the necessary electronic components (sensors, fans, solenoid valves, etc.) and changing the software.In this way, it is possible to transform the PCB into a refrigerator controller, a binder diffusion controller in the pelletizer, or a oven controller, without having to solder or do any complicated operations. In addition, it is ready to be used as a monitoring device for the electric shepherd, which we will implement in the future. The SeedLab has worked on an easily replicable version of the PCB, so that anyone in the world can buy it and add the necessary electronic components for their own project. With the design already in place, anyone can have one made for them for 9 euros".As we said, the PCB is used to monitor all the devices, as well as collecting valuable data, and if there is any mishap, the server sends an alarm to a mobile phone.In the Gitlab you will also find how to assemble the pelletizer, which is a binder diffusion controller by modifying a simple concrete mixer.You have at your disposal the manual to build it, the microcontroller software, and all the info on how to use it in the Seedlab. It is a safe and cheap way of working with seeds.&nbsp;On the other hand, the Seedlab oven is a standard kitchen appliance, which is modified to have a precision laboratory model controlled by Arduino, and best of all, at a very low cost.Thanks to these ovens, the necessary priming treatments can be carried out to improve the preservation and subsequent germination of seeds.Soon you will be able to download also the information about germination and refrigeration chambers (we are working on an improved version).Enjoy and share!https://gitlab.com/semillistas
