Our project is creating and planting a botanical garden in the Orinoco River basin to conserve the traditional medicinal trees and plants of this region. The project is being done with indigenous guidance as well as a knowledge sharing agreement with Missouri Botanical Gardens in the USA.

Hola somos una asociación de plantabosques!

Actuamos en las cordilleras costeras de Catalunya.
Nuestro trabajo se basa en el estudio de las sucesiones forestales (tierra desnuda, hierba, arbusto, bosque secundario, bosque primario).
Nuestra actividad es la siembra directa de semilla (bellota de encina y roble) en montes secundarios y la plantación en laberinto, un nuevo método que nos hemos inventado, basándonos en la sucesión forestal de zarzales a robledales.
Os agradecemos vuestra labor para recuperar la selva del Orinoco, una de las mas grandes y biodiversas del planeta.

This is a wonderful project aiming to protect Medicinal trees in privileged site, Long variety of medicinal trees is a mustCosts are very affordable taking care of diverse uses of trees not only for decarbonization and local benefits. Project is at 35% of 50000 trees still have margin to growth. They answer when you plant and due to Covid (as other projects) , some activities have been paused and now looks restarting This is a key project to support to protect medicinal trees diversity in an excellent site in Colombia close to Orinoco River. Yo have to support !!!!!
