PE Perù
Completato

Our project aims to protect biodiversity in the Peruvian Amazon while promoting indigenous rights and sustainable development. We work at the intersection of people and forests, planting trees and fostering sustainable practices to protect the ecosystem. Through this, we support indigenous autonomy and spread sustainable ways of life to encourage fair, long-term development.

For only the second year ever, Camino Verde is on the cusp of producing over 100,000 seedlings this calendar year, representing over a hundred species. Though it’s common for us to hit 50k seedlings in a year, it’s rare that we break a hundred grand. Hooray for keeping the tree nurseries

As the rains have come to an end, so has this seasons' planting campaigns at Camino Verde Baltimori and CV La Joya. This doesn't mean we won't plant for the rest of the year, we just need to wait for the now more occasional rainy days.
