Local nurseries, run by dedicated farmers, are essential for community-driven reforestation, turning degraded land into lush landscapes.

Seedlings gathered around a tree before being distributed to the farmers. They will begin to plant them in their individual farms to establish their crops and gardens.

Farmers in our projects strategically position nurseries, ensuring young seedlings are shaded, watered daily, and protected by windbreaks, enhancing their growth and survival in dry regions.
