This project aims to restore the Mkussu Nature Forest Reserve, one of the nine forest reserves in Lushoto District, after it was damaged by fire. The project focuses on replanting indigenous tree species to rehabilitate the burnt areas, helping to revive this important ecosystem at Usambara Region located in Northern part of Tanzania .
Every BetterBone is made with your dog and the planet in mind. Beyond creating plant-based chews made without nylon or rawhide, we’re committed to reducing our environmental pawprint and giving back to the planet our pups love to explore.
Together with our community, we’ve already planted over 20,000 trees and helped capture 1,710.26 tonnes of CO₂ through Tree-Nation. And with your purchase, we’re continuing to grow that impact, one tree at a time. 🌳
Because what’s better for your dog should be better for the world they live in.
Thank you for helping us lead the pack toward a more sustainable future. 💚
