Our project aims to re-establish mixed conifers in the Angeles National Forest after the 2020 Lake Fire. This forest, vital for recreation for over 20 million people in Greater Los Angeles, also supports key habitats like the Pacific Crest Trail and California spotted owl areas. We're working to restore both the ecosystem and its recreational value.

California’s forests are a big part of how water flows through the state.
Trees keep soil in place, filter runoff, and help rivers flow clean and steady. When forests thrive, so do the communities that depend on these water systems every day.
