Planting site Slater + McCash Fires (Klamath NF)

Exclusive to Tree-Nation

Project: Wildfire Recovery in California, United States

The Slater (2020) and McCash Fires (2021) burned 45,000 ha within the Indian and Elk Creek watersheds of the Klamath National Forest. Replanting a mix of native seedlings restores watersheds and revives resistant forests as wildlife habitat.
