Eden Reforestation Projects

Eden Reforestation Projects, Nepal

Completed

Eden began its Nepal Reforestation Project in 2015 to help improve local livelihoods and restore forests in areas of critical importance. Eden has been working in 3 distinct regions across the country, including a partnership with Chitwan National Park, a World Heritage Site in Nepal. By partnering with the National Park system, Eden Projects is helping to protect and create a reforested buffer zone that is vital to protect animal habitat.

Eden Projects for a greener future!

Eden Projects is fundamental for the community in protecting local species, keep up the great work!

Caring Planet and reducing extreme powerty. You must support.

Excellent project with huge target of 1 million trees now at 85%,
Diversity of trees is wide helping to choose different targets.Costs are very affordable and i terms of CO2 capture contains some of the most profitable trees in relation CO2 Kg / €As still capacity to grow project could increase in the future.
They respond quite fast to when you plant treesMonthly follow up of project evolution helps to check improvementsGood project to support project that empowered woman helping to reduce extreme poverty. Definitely on project you need to invest

Excellent example for women empowerment

It’s great to see how this project helps to improve local livelihoods and restore forests with so much women engagement!!!
I really like how they work with both native reforestation species and agroforestry species (9 fast growing species & 1 fruit and medicinal) to support local communities.
I encourage more people to join this beautiful project ?

Fantastic first two months

How many stories have we all read about projects to support Nepal?
Probably many. The key is to support in a sustainable way as it is done int this
project. Funding is only one of the necessary ingredients to success.

In the first two months at Tree-Nation this project received sponsoring for 50.000 trees.
This is partly due to the effect of a low unit price for a tree and a high level of diversity.
The more tree species a project offers, the better the chances to build new eco-systems or enhance existing ones.

Best of luck to this project
